Produced by third-generation farmers Oscar and Francisca Chacón at Finca La Julia, this coffee undergoes their signature “Perla Negra” (Black Pearl) Natural process. The cherries are sun-dried for 10 days, carefully rested in sacks for 3 days, and finally finished on raised beds to create a deeply sweet and uniquely complex profile. Cultivated at 1400-1600 masl, this distinct blend of Catuai and Villa Sarchi varieties delivers a soft mouthfeel with vibrant tasting notes of cooked cherry and fresh red grape, beautifully balanced by a mellow vanilla finish and a bright, tangy acidity.
