Sourced from 1,042 organic small growers organized across 23 farmer groups, this washed lot honors generations of coffee-growing tradition despite historical regional challenges. Growing on the steep, volcanic slopes of the central Colombian Andes at incredible altitudes of up to 2,050 masl, the Colombia, Castillo, and Caturra varieties flourish. These resilient communities have crafted an exceptional, organically certified coffee, fully washed and dried under parabolic greenhouses. This selection is incredibly approachable and flavorful, featuring bright, vibrant notes of juicy blackberry and crisp apple, all beautifully balanced by the sweet, comforting embrace of smooth milk chocolate.
